The Investigation Bureau of the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) is pleased to invite you to the 3rd International Counter-Fraud Conference (ICFC 2025), which has been held annually to effectively address the growing threat of transnational and sophisticated fraud.

ICFC 2025 will take place over two days, from Tuesday, September 16 to Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery.

The conference will begin with an opening ceremony attended by the Commissioner General of the KNPA and high-level officials from domestic and international fraud prevention agencies.

This year’s conference will focus on strengthening international cooperation and enhancing public-private partnerships to counter ever-evolving fraud schemes.
